I liked the very special effects, the gay music and the electricity going every where. The fights were a bit long

Great movie. Not only Carpenters best but one of Hollywoods best ever. This movie is a good example of getting the most from a limited budget. The special effects didnt need to be that good because the story and acting were brilliant. For those unfamiliar many of the martial arts extras come from the whos who in the martial arts world and demonstrated some kick as Wu Shu. The Chinese mythology, costumes and culture within the movie were an extra bonus and the girls were gorgeous. This movie is a masterpiece
